Oludare is an experienced management consultant with experience in SME development, impact investment, technology start-ups and also in Education.  He is also the Chairman of Yada Investment and Development Company a project management outsourcing company and also serves on the board of Ark Foundation and Yada Global Development Initiative; not-for-profits focused on driving the development of Education in Africa.  Oludare holds B .Eng in Information and Communcation Technology from Covenant University.  Oludare is the Managing Partner of Oludare Akinlaja Research and Development Company a global development consulting company since 2011 where he oversees the day-to-day running of the business with responsibility for multiple departments - finance, sales & marketing, project delivery, solution delivery, human resources & client support. The company is focused on Designing Programs, Offering Advisory, Promoting Impact Investment and Initiating learning across different practice areas ranging from Education, Innovation/Technology, Workforce development, Youths and Employability and Enterprise Development.  His facilitation experience includes leadership trainings for managers, negotiation skills, soft skills, Enterprise development for Business Owners and trainings for teachers and education stakeholders.  He has facilitated trainings for companies such as Globacom Ltd, Hygiea, Amnesty International, Access Bank and OPL Academy
